Nice title, huh? This is a quick dinner I whipped up tonight that is really healthy and flavorful. I was inspired by a meal I had at Park Slope’s Thistle Hill Tavern. Check out their entree Duck Leg Confit. It … Continue reading
While my palate has evolved to the point one might consider “adventurous”, I still suffer from insecurity as a cook. There are certain kitchen tasks that have intimidated me, and that I’ve avoided at all costs. But no longer.
With Christmas vacation travels and Nikki’s wedding fast approaching, it had been sometime since I cooked a good meal in my tiny apartment. However, hubby and I are back to the grind and I realized it was time to get … Continue reading
When I’m feeling lazy I go to the store and buy a rotisserie chicken. Typically my laziness lasts several days and the chicken will last that too-how convenient!. Tonight I made this delicious panini from some leftover chicken.
