Brie, Apple, and Arugula Quesadillas

 I really did not know what to expect making this. It sounded good – but I was still a little scared. I love apples, and somehow the idea of mixing apple slices with cheese was a little… egh. However, it was delicious! I would suggest it for a fancy brunch. We had it for dinner and it was very good and I thought quite filling (fiance made himself 2) For example, one of my bridesmaids Lauren is very sophisticated/Audrey Hepburnish - loves French food and knows her cheeses. I would love to make this for her next time she visits.
